In order to be able to process your request, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following up-to-date information (not older as 3 months, titled, typed and translated in English or German):
Mandatory information
- Detailed description of your medical condition
- Reasons for your request for treatment
- Current medical report (in English or German)
Complimentary information
- Current laboratory test results
- Current radiology test results (CT scan, PET-Scan, MRI, etc.) in English or German
- Operative report (in case of previous surgical procedure)
- Current histopathology report (in case of previous biopsy)
You will receive from us
- A treatment plan, a sketch of the planned treatment
- A cost plan, an estimate of the associated costs
- A timetable, a schedule and bed planning
Request processing time
- Upon receiving all necessary documentation, we will get in touch with the required medical department(s) in order to proceed with an individual assessment of your case
- You may expect a full answer from us within approximately five working days
